Lot Description
An open face key wind fob watch, the gilt dial with black Roman numerals, case decorated with ornate foliate and floral engraving, cartouche to centre with engraved monogram, stamped 18K, fitted with a Swiss bar design movement signed Berthow with cylinder escapement and train jewelling. Case diameter 36.5mm.

Condition Report
18K fob watch, movement is currently functioning however balance is very sluggish and the watch would probably benefit from a service. Case hinge is slightly twisted, case is scratched and scuffed from general wear however the engraved detail makes this less noticeable, there is engraving to the cartouche, multiple light dints to the case band. Dial is tarnished and there are a number of scuff marks some of which are across the painted numerals, blue steel hands have discoloured to a purple, plastic glass is lightly scratched.
