An early twentieth century ruby and diamond twist design bar brooch having a central cluster of a circular ruby bordered with six old European cut diamonds, further old European cut diamonds to the twist design setting and with ruby terminations. Estimated total diamond weight- 0.78ct Colour- SI1/P1 Clarity- H/J, length 4.2cms. With box marked Hartley 45 Albemarle St London. W
