Two late ninteenth/early twentieth century 18ct gold stone set rings, to include a boat shape ring set with alternate graduating rubies and old European cut diamonds (hallmarked Chester 1913) also a sapphire and split pearl ring, with alternately set circular cut sapphires interspaced with split pearls (hallmarked Chester 1896)

Condition Report
Both rings are in good condition. There are scratches to both, wear and tear, there is abrasion to the nacre of the split pearls in the sapphire ring, letters and numbers have been scratched to the inside of this ring, the hallmark is clear. There is some abrasion to the facet edges of the rubies in the other ring, one ruby is seriously chipped and would need to be replaced, claws need checking, the hallmark is nice and clear.
