Lot Description
William IV silver sugar and cream, each piece with floral engraving, shell detail and acanthus leaf capped scrolling reeded twin handles, hallmarked Thomas Bradbury & Son Sheffield 1833. Together with a George IV silver cream jug hallmarked London 1821 with the makers' mark CF (?), possibly for Charles Fox. Gross weight 24 ozt (750 grams).

Condition Report
The sugar bowl has a few light scratches to the exterior and also to the guilded interior. There is also some light pitting to the interior. the engraving is in excellent condition. There is a blank cartouche to the front of the bowl. There is a large dent in the left handle and also some dents in the rim. The hallmark is in good condition and can be found on the base of the piece. The feet are slightly unsteady.
The cream jug has scratches and some small dints to the interior through use. There are small dints visible from both sides on the neck and lip of the jug. The engraving is in excellent condition with no real signs of wear and the cartouche remains blank. The jug is steady on it's feet. The hallmark is in good condition and is found on the base of the jug.
The George IV silver cream jug has a repair. An oval piece of silver has been added to one of the sides. This is faintly visible from the exterior of the jug and immediately noticeable on the inside with a clear solder line. There are few scratches and only one or two small dints. The hollow ball feet are in good condition but the jug stands slightly unsteady. The hallmark can be found beneath the lip of the jug and is beginning to wear but is in good condition given the age.
All signs of wear are in keeping with the age and use of the pieces.
