The bowl shows signs of general wear with light wear, marks and tarnishing. The base is slightly deformed meaning that the bowl does not sit flat and the bowl leans slightly to one side as if a heavy object has been placed on it in the past. The rim is bent down slightly at certain points but otherwise looks to be in fairly good condition. The decorative motif, maker's mark, hallmarks on both are slightly rubbed but legible. and inscriptions are all legible and only very lightly rubbed.
