A continental white metal thermometer stand in the form of a plinth of Classical influence, with mercury thermometer, height 9.5cm.

Condition Report
The stand has general wear and tear much in keeping with the age and use with general scratches, marks and tarnishing. The surface of the metal does possess a few dents, dints and pits. There build up of polish compound present in some of the stand's crevices. The stand shows signs of distortion and does not sit squarely on a flat surface. There is some light rubbing to the decoration. The mercury is still present and the thermometer looks to be in a pleasing condition.
