A modern silver letter opener with engine turned handle, hallmarked William H Manton Birmingham 1979, length measuring 5 3/4 inches (14.5 cm). Together with a modern pair of napkin rings hallmarked Charles S Green & Co Ltd Birmingham 1977. Gross weight 2.3 ozt (74 grams).

overall the letter opener is in good condition and would benefit from a clean and polish as there are general scratches, marks and tarnishing, the hallmarks are clear and legible. The napkin rings have become mishapen and overall show more wear, also with scratches, marks and tarnishing, the hallmarks are legible but do show some rubbing.
