The condiment set is in good condition commensurate with age and use. The item shows general scratches, marks, tarnishing and discoloration to the whole with a build up of polish around raised areas. There appears to be the remnants of some powdery residue around the head of the pepper mill which would benefit from a clean. Hallmarks are rubbed and not legible on all of the items in the set. Personal engraved initials are clear and legible. The fitted case, is in fair condition externally, with numerous scratches and tears to the surface along with some discoloration along resting areas and high points. Internally the silk and velvet lining has a few frayed edges and is showing evidence of discoloration.
