The medal is in very good condition commensurate with age and use, displaying general scratches, marks and tarnishing. The lettering and detailed motif are crisp and distinguishable with all major devices distinct. A numismatist has graded the medal as 'Good very fine' due to wear on the raised surfaces, but still retaining much detail.
