A mid Victorian lozenge shaped garnet and split pearl set brooch, comprising a central oval cabochon garnet with a blue and white enamel border and three further spaced split pearls. Length of brooch - 4.2cms, Width - 3.5cms. Weight - 13.68 grams.

Fine scratches to frame, enamel in good condition apart from one very tiny chip, fine scratches to stone. One of the pearl set panels has been removed to accomodate a pendant loop, back glass and clasp in good order.
