A 19th century gilt metal cased novelty mantle clock modelled as a harlequin supporting upon his back a circular clock with white enamelled dial and black Arabic numerals, the whole raised on a plinth style base supported on turned feet, contained within a glass dome upon wooden base containing a fitted musical mechanism, overall height including dome 11.5" (29.25cm)

Back of clock movement is lacking cover. clock looks as though it has been re-finished and restored. No visible signs of damage. The top of the base has been recovered in a modern material, otherwise very good condition. the dome is crack free but has minor chips to bottom edge
