An early/mid 20th century amethyst and split pearl cluster brooch, comprising a central oval amethyst surrounded by twelve split pearls and scroll design detail. Length of amethyst - 25mm, Width - 18.5mm. Weight of brooch - 14.53 grams.

Condition Report
Fair condition. There are slight scratches and areas of discolouration to the brooch, there are some easily visible tiger stripe inclusions to the amethyst, some of the split pearls have blisters/blemishes to the nacre, there are indentations to the edging of three of the split pearls, these appear as chips. All of the settings appear secure, the pin is metal and has possibly been replaced, the clasp is secure.
