A 9ct gold early twentieth century amethyst, split pearl and ruby set bug brooch, comprising a pear cut and round cut amethyst body, split pearl wings and ruby set eyes. Dimensions: 26mm x 13mm. Hallmarked London, date letter rubbed. Weight- 4grams.

Condition Report

The brooch is in good condition. One split pearl is missing to the wings. The amethysts and ruby set eyes are bright. Blisters and minor pits can be seen to some of the pearls. Minor scratches and dents can be seen, general wear and tear.
