An early/mid 20th century butterfly brooch, with a graduated circular sapphire set body diamond point set wings and oval sapphire and ruby termination detail. Length of brooch - 2.9cms, Width - 4.1cms. Weight - 13.26 grams.

Condition Report
Good condition. The sapphires are well matched and in good condition, there is angular colour zoning to some of the sapphires, the rubies are well matched and in good condition. Many of the diamond points are chipped and the claws will need checking. There are scratches and areas of discolouration to the setting. The pin is a little bent, the catch is secure.
