IWC SCHAFFHAUSEN - an 18k gold manual wind lady's bracelet watch circa 1920, the cream dial with black Arabic numerals and outer minute track, round case with personal message engraved to reverse, fitted to an associated expandable bracelet stamped 18ct, with a signed movement numbered 834469. Case diameter 22mm.
