Condition Report
Movement is currently functioning, and looks to be in a generally aesthetically pleasing condition but would benefit from an overhaul. Striking function engages with a positive action and looks to be working correctly but again, would be ameliorated by a clean and a service. Case possesses import 9ct hallmark stamps to the inside of the case front, back and dust cover. It shows signs of general wear commensurate with age and case material with light scratches, marks and tarnishing (especially to the front and rear of case). There are also areas of more pronounced dents to the case front and back. The neither front or back of the case close flush with the back being marginally better than the front. The dial looks to be in a generally pleasing condition but possesses a few dints, visible at certain angles underneath the light. The hands are showing some signs of light marking and surface rust, but otherwise appear to be in a generally pleasing condition. The glass is lightly scratched in areas.
