An early 20th century 18ct gold diamond set lozenge shape hinged locket, comprising a central star set old European cut diamond surmounted by twisted bar detail. Estimated diamond weight - 0.10cts. Hallmarked Birmingham 1910. Weight - 7.51 grams.

Fair condition. There are general scratches to the locket and shallow dents in places, the hallmark is quite worn and is just legible. The central diamond is bright and the claws appear secure. The locket closes secure.
