George III silver sugar bowl of bulbous form with reeded detail and flat top twin handles, small heraldic engraving. Hallmarked Robert Hennell I & Samuel Hennell London 1802. Maximum height measuring 4 1/4 inches (11 cm), weight 9 ozt (280 grams).

The sugar bowl is in excellent condition commensurate with age and use displaying general scratches, marks and tarnishing to the whole. The surface of the bowl is displaying some discolouration, shallow dents and pitting to some areas along with some light polish build up within the reeded detail. Heraldic engraving is rubbed but legible. The inside of the bowl is showing visible joining marks to one of the handles. Hallmark and maker's mark are clear and legible.
