Lot Description
A 1920's lady's silver gilt cigarette box, the rectangular form with faux malachite inlaid panels, green agate and hinge clasp. Hallmarked London import 1929 with the makers mark C.C.T.Co. Length measuring 3 inches (7.5 cm).

Condition Report
The cigarette box would benefit form a clean. There are general wear and tear scratches to the silver and inlaid pieces, there are just a couple of deeper scratches to the inlaid pieces. Hallmarks are clear. Sprung hinge is in good working order. Gilt interior is bright, there are some small spots of tarnishing. The clasp wobbles slightly on its hinge. The detailing on the silver is still quite fine.
