A silver, hinged, rectangular snuff box with personal engraved cartouche to the lid, scroll acanthus leaf bright cut engraved decoration to the top and bottom of the box, with shaped edges. Hallmarked Joseph Gloster, Birmingham 1904. Width measures 2 1/4 inches (5 1/2 cm), weight 1.60 ozt (49.9 grams).
