A 1930's silver hot water pot of facetted form and ebonied handle and knop. Hallmarked Edward & Sons Sheffield 1932, retailed by Edward & Sons Glasgow. Height measuring 7 1/2 inches (19 cm), weight 18.27 ozt  (568 grams).

The hot water pot is noticeably tarnished and would benefit from a clean and polish, there are general scratches and marks in keeping with the age and use. There is one dent to one of the edges of the facetted form. The hallmarks are clear and legible.
