A Georgian cut steel brooch with central oval vacant locket within a cut steel ribbon and bow frame, engraved to the back Jane Countess of Uxbridge. length with bow 7cms x width 4.7cms.

Condition Report
The brooch is in generally fair condition. There are some serious dents and scratches to the back of the locket and areas of discolouration, a panel has also been added to the back of the surmounted bow possibly to support it. The settings to the cut steel may need to be checked. There is discolouration to the outer rim of the central perpex cover. The pin does not appear original and has possibly been replaced.
