A Victorian oval sardonyx set pendant, comprising a central oval sardonyx surrounded by black inlaid enamel detail, with a panel of woven hair and personal engraving to reverse reading - 'In memory of Eliza Tyrie 1st June 1874'. Together with a stylised marquise shape black enamel brooch with pearl set star decoration.

Condition Report
The pendant is in very good condition commensurate with age and use displaying some evidence of tarnishing, scratches and marks to the surface. The enamel is in excellent condition with minor scratches and pitting. The woven hair is quite crude for its kind but again is in good condition. The engraving is clear and legible. The brooch is also in good condition displaying some minor abrasions to the enamel surface and tarnishing to the metal.
