Lot Description

A Victorian tortoiseshell necklet of six joined curved and carved panels inlaid with mother of pearl and connected with five later panels stamped 750, original tortoiseshell panels suspend an oval locket inlaid and depicting a bird. Locket 4.8cms x 3.5cms. A.F.

All panels have fine scratches and all are damaged with pieces missing, there is also a loose broken panel. There is slight damage to the inlay on the locket, the hinge has been damaged and repaired with signs of glue.
