A 19th century music box. The stained wooden case with inlaid hinged cover lifting to reveal a mechanical playing mechanism. The cylinder playing eight airs. Case 16.5" (42cm) width

Condition Report
The case is very scratched all over and has paint loss especially to the feet and corners. The inlay to the hinged opening lid is a little worn with a few little pieces to the line inlay missing. The play list sheet to the inside of the lid has a large tear and the piece is missing and is very dirty. The playing mechanism is very dirty but looks complete. Plays smoothly. The glass that covers the mechanism is complete
