The rectangular hinged cover opening to reveal an applied monochrome printed panel depicting young children, to its underside with playing mechanism and 7" pierced metal playing disc, together with a selection of additional playing discs. Mechanism working. Case worn and heavily scratched and dented. Escutheon plate and plate around winding handle missing. Paperwork inside the lid is ripped and very dirty. All teeth appear present. The discs are very dirty an rusty. There is a slot cut into the front of the box that is not original
