An antique oak and mahogany cased longcase clock. The hood with scrolled arched pediment above an arched glazed panelled door flanked by fluted columns opening to reveal a painted dial with rolling moon, black Arabic numerals with detail Wm Grant Edinburgh, and eight day mechanism. The case with tall narrow shaped trunk door inlaid with a central shell motif and flanked by quarter fluted columns, the whole on bracket feet. 92" (234cm) tall
