A paste and seed pearl brooch and paste intaglio, the purple paste set within a border of seed pearls, the paste intaglio depicting the naked form of a neo classical women with draping robes. Length of brooch 3.0cm, length of intaglio 2.5cm.

Condition Report
The brooch is in good condition overall. The central paste is a pleasing overall colour, the surface facets are quite rubbed and worn. One of the seed pearls is missing. The yellow metal mount is displaying general scratches, marks and tarnishing to the whole, brooch fitting is tight and secure. The paste intaglio is in good condition overall, retaining a high level of detail. Under 10 X magnification the intaglio is displaying general scratches and marks along with some chipping to the outer edge.
