Lot Description

An Edwardian opal bracelet, with five graduated opal clusters flanked to each side by a further three circular opal cabochons on a rectangular link design chain. Length of bracelet- 17.5cms/7inches.

The bracelet is in good condition overall commensurate with age and use. The opals all have a varying play of colour, the most predominate colour is a vivid green with some standing out to have a more pinkish hue. Under 10 X magnification one can see various marks and abrasions along with some chips to the edges. The yellow metal mount is displaying general scratches, marks and tarnishing to the whole. Clasp fastens securely.
