An 18ct gold opal doublet and diamond quatrefoil ring, collet set with a central round brilliant diamond surrounded by four oval cabochon opal doublets on split scroll design shoulders. Length of cluster 17mm, Width - 13mm.

Condition Report
The ring is in good condition overall in keeping with age and use. The opal doublets are well matched in the setting and have a pleasing level of iridescence with the predominate play of colour being dark blue with frequent flashes of green. Diamond is relatively clear and bright to the unaided eye. The settings are in good order, all stones are secure. Scroll design shoulders have retained a pleasing level of detail. Shank is displaying general scratches, marks and tarnishing. Hallmark clear and legible. Ring size - J.
