An opal and peridot set stylised bug brooch, with a circular cabochon opal matrix set thorax, triangular shaped opal wings and peridot set eyes. Dimensions: 5.5cms x 2.5cms. Weight - 6.4 grams. Stamped 15ct.

Condition Report
The bug brooch is in good condition overall and is displaying general scratches, marks and tarnishing to the whole and would benefit from a light clean. The brooch has retained a pleasing level of detail. The stones are of a pleasing overall quality, some displaying scratches and marks when viewed under 10 X magnification. One of the textured leg terminations has broken at the tip.
