ROLEX - a stainless steel automatic gentleman's Oyster Perpetual Explorer bracelet watch circa 1965, the matt black dial with hourly luminous baton markers and quarterly luminous Arabic numerals, fitted to an expanding stainless steel Oyster bracelet with folding clasp, calibre 1530 twenty six jewel movement, case model reference 5500, serial number 1215239, inner case back marked II.65. Case diameter 32mm.

Condition Report
The case and bracelet have wear and tear throughout, with scratches, surface marks and scuffs, with a few small knocks and dings to the case surface. The signed Oyster sprung bracelet is approx 1mm short between the lugs, the dial has speckles of debris, and luminescent segments are missing from the hands, the acrylic crystal has lots of surface marks and scratches. The movement is currently running but would benefit from a clean and overhaul.
