Lot Description
A George III silver key wind pair cased pocket watch, the white dial with black Roman numerals, case with personal engraving to rear, movement signed Thos Birchall Warrington, with pierced and engraved balance cock. Case diameter 55mm.

Condition Report
The outer case has heavy tarnishing, with a few light knocks to the case back edge, the release button is present, the hinge is ok but there is a small split in the centre piece, when the case is closed there is evidence of light distortion, with the remains of papers to the back, the inner case has some surface tarnishing and light pitting, the dial has light surface debris and the minute hand is missing, the crystal has surface marks and scratches, the movement has surface marks and scratches, with evidence of wear to the screw heads, the movement winds and is currently running.
