Lot Description

A group of nine pocket and fob watches to include a silver Victorian key wind open face pocket watch, the white enamel dial with black Roman numerals and subsidiary dial with stop seconds feature, the plain case hallmarked Chester 1839, inner case having personal engraving, fitted with an English lever escapement movement with fusee signed Wm Helsby. Case diameter 50mm, together with an open face Victorian silver fuse example hallmarked London 1859, two continental fobs watches, one being a wristlet conversion (AF), a gold plated open face Waltham Traveler pocket watch, and four further nickel plated pocket watches.
