OMEGA - a automatic Geneve gentleman's wrist

Unfortunately we are unable to access and inspect the movement and case, as this requires a glass lift tool, therefore we are also unable to confirm the case metal. The watch does have noticeable wear and tear with general scratches, marks and tarnishing. The case back is rubbed with some loss of definition and a small dint visible. Very rubbed to the case back, just visible is - waterproof 7224 toll 106 (?).The acrylic glass shows some scratches and scuffs. The dial with numerous small imperfections, spots of discolouration, a more noticeable mark around 4'o'clock, wear and discolouration to the baton markers and date aperture. The associated strap show heavy wear and would benefit from being replaced.
