Lot Description

Two mid Victorian brooches circa 1870, including a lozenge shaped brooch set with graduating cabochon turquoise, outer cannetille detail and rope design border and a further ornate brooch of open work design. Total weight 10.6 gms.

The two brooches are in good/fair condition in keeping with age and use, each displaying surface scratches, marks and small dents to the whole. One of the turquoise cabochons seems to be a replacement. Brooch fittings are tight and secure.
