A Victorian 15ct gold mounted tiger claw brooch circa 1870, with an overlaid tapered foliate panel and canetille work, inner cheveroned border and further mounted tips and safety chain. Length of brooch 3.8cms.

Condition Report
The brooch is in good condition overall in keeping with age and use. The gold mount is displaying general scratches, marks and tarnishing to the whole. Under 10 X magnification one can see various fine lines and cracks to the surface of the claw. Brooch fitting and safety chain are tight and secure.
