Lot Description
A diamond cluster ring, with four round brilliant diamonds in a square formation flanked to each side by further diamond set step design shoulders. Estimated total diamond weight 0.58cts, clarity SI2/P1, colour I/J. Stamped 18ct.

Condition Report
The ring is in good condition in keeping with age and use. The diamonds are well matched and are on the whole bright and lively. Under 10 X magnification one can see some small dark inclusions under the table facets. The setting is quite worn yet currently functioning. Stones are all present and secure. The shank is displaying general scratches, marks and tarnishing to the whole and would benefit from a re-rhodium plating. Under closer inspection one can see some light pitting, soft solder marks where the the shank meets the setting and some evidence of a previous re-size. Ring size: T 1/2.
