Lot Description
Two early 20th century stone set brooches, to include a bar brooch with a central oval opal cabochon flanked to each side by a seed pearl, stamped 15ct and an ornate brooch with a central scroll panel set three old European cut diamonds. Estimated diamond weight 0.12cts .Length of brooches: 5.6cms & 4.2cms .Weight 8gms.

Condition Report
Both brooches are in overall good condition in keeping with age. Strong play of colour can be seen to the opal, predominantly green along with some blue and red tones. The seed pearls are well matched. The diamonds are bright and lively. Light scratches can be seen to both brooches. The brooch pin may have been replaced to the diamond set brooch. The pin moves from side to side.
