A ruby cameo and diamond pendant, with a round brilliant diamond set suspender above a carved ruby cameo depicting a gentleman with long hair. Length 3.8cms, weight 11.19gms.

The pendant is in overall good condition. The cameo is a rough piece of ruby that has been carved into a cameo. The ruby is opaque and included. The diamonds are a little dull due to inclusions. There are some indentations and scratches to the back of the cameo due to natural imperfections.
