Lot Description
An early 20th century turquoise and diamond set flower brooch, with a central claw set old European and rose cut diamond cluster and six circular cabochon turquoise petals. With detachable back brooch fitting, central collet added at a later date, estimated old European diamond weight 0.25cts, colour H-I, clarity P1, diameter of brooch 2.3cms, weight 7.62gms.

Condition Report
The brooch is in overall good condition. The central setting has been added at a later date, there are a couple of surface reaching fractures to the central diamond and a chip. The turquoise are all quite well matched, one has some patchy dark colour. The rose cut diamonds are quite bright, the claws may need to be checked. There are slight scratches and areas of discolouration to the metal in keeping with the age of the piece.
