Lot Description
An early 20th century 18ct gold diamond set circular hinged locket, with a central star set old European cut diamond and photographs to the interior panels. Estimated diamond weight 0.12cts, weight 9.26gms, diameter 2.5cms. With personal engraving to reverse which reads 'E.S & T.H.H Aug 2nd 1919'.

Condition Report
The locket is in overall fair condition. There is a dent to the front and smaller shallower dents, there are general scratches in keeping with general wear, the assay stamp and date letter are worn to the hallmark and are difficult to identify. There is a chip to the table facet of the diamond, the interior covers are perspex and not glass. The locket closes secure.
