George V silver sauce boat of classic form with frilled rim, scrolling handle and raised above three shell mounted hoof feet. Hallmarked Vanders & Hedges London 1911. Height including handle 4 1/4 inches (10.5 cm), weight 9.8 ozt (307 grams).

The sauce boat is in fair to good condition, there are general scratches, marks and tarnishing. There are some deeper scratches, dints and small dents to the piece. Slight tearing to the edges of the shaped rim. One of the feet has given a slight impression visible to the interior of the bowl. The hallmarks are clear and legible.
