Lot Description
A pair of 1920's silver double lipped sauce boats with frilled rim, dual handles and raised above a beaded circular stepped foot. Hallmarked Charles Boyton & Son Ltd London 1928. Length lip to lip 5 3/4 inches (14.5 cm), gross weight 5 ozt (158.5 grams).

Condition Report
A pair of 1920's silver double lipped sauce boats have light surface general wear and tear scratches, also areas of tarnishing and some build up of polish. There are small splits to each sauce boat on each side where the handles are. One sauce boat wobbles very slightly on its base. There are some small nicks to the rims and handles, one of the sauce boats handles has a couple of larger nicks. The hallmarks to each sauce boat is matching and they are rubbed but legible.
