Lot Description

George V half pint tankard with stepped base and scrolling capped handle. Hallmarked with makers mark E.S.B, Birmingham 1921. Height measures 3 1/2 inches (9cm), weighing 8.98 ozt (279.2 grams).

There are wear and tear scratches to the whole of the piece, with one visible small deeper scratch to the main body. The base is stamped '2,' and has a couple of deep scratches and acid mark. There are small nicks to the top and bottom rim. The top rim of the tankard is very slightly misshapen. The hallmark is very rubbed and only just legible.
