Lot Description

George V pair of silver cylindrical shaped peppers with tapered bases and pierced decoration to the bodies and lids, both with blue glass liners. Hallmarked William Suckling Ltd, Birmingham 1934. Height measures 2 1/4 inches (6 cm), gross weighable silver 27.75 grams.

Both pepper pots have surface wear and tear scratches and one has a small dent to the lid. There is tarnishing to the crevices and some small patches to the main body. Both glass liners have a small chip just below the top of the rim. Stamped to the base of both is the following registration number 726834.
