Condition Report
The early twentieth century silver tea caddy has lots of small light surface wear and tear scratches and a couple of very small shallow dints, also one to the top edge of the lid. There are some small nicks to the edges. There is some build up of polish and the interior is very tarnished. The engraving to the lid shows lack of definition from polishing as does the handle. The hinge is in good working order and the lid closes flush, however does not catch, this should be easily rectified. The hallmark is rubbed but legible and there is a corresponding hallmark to the lid.
