Condition Report
The tea service is in a fair condition with general wear and tear surface scratches to all pieces and some tarnishing, particularly to the inside of the teapot. The hinge on the teapot is in good working order and the lid closes flush. The solder joins are becoming visible to all pieces. The sugar basin wobbles slightly on its feet, the milk jug and teapot sit flat on their feet. There is a slight build up of polish to some crevices. The makers mark on all the pieces is the most rubbed particularly on the milk jug, the rest of the hallmark is rubbed but legible on all pieces.
