A selection of four nineteenth century Old English pattern Channel Islands tablespoons, with the makers mark GM, tentatively attributed to George Mauger, the reverse of the bowls with Hanoverian style drop, each with personal initial and/or date engraving to the terminal.

Condition Report
The four table spoons show wear commensurate with the age and use, there is also some variance in the wear to each piece. There are general scratches, marks and tarnishing, some pitting and also some rubbing of the decoration to the heel. Although the four spoons appear similar there is slight variance to each and are not matching, each also has a different personal engraving to the terminal. Some thinning to areas of the bowls, some more than others. GM visible to all spoons, rubbed on some more than others.
