George III silver cream jug with wide foliate engraved rim, vacant cartouche, reeded rim and handle. Hallmarked London 1799, makers mark ? B. Height measuring 4 3/4 inches (12 cm), weight 3.2 ozt (100 grams).

Condition Report

The cream jug displays wear commensurate with the age and use, there are general scratches, marks and tarnishing. The seam up the back of the piece has become visible and also with noticeable solder to the interior. Solder visible to the bottom join of the handle. The engraving is in good condition. The hallmarks are clear and legible, the makers mark as described, part rubbed.
